28 _____ It was still rainin[g]...[t]his morning when I got up. Not much d[oin]g today. This afternoon U.S.S. S_____ passed 36000 yards from us on her way [ba]ck to states. It rained off & on all day .... today is holy Thurs.27 days out of states.
